I have over 10 years’ experience across non-bank lending and private credit.

I’ve worked with the toughest credit teams! I’ve seen all sorts of scenarios where loans have gone wrong - through no fault of the client. Poor communication from brokers, solicitors, other lenders, shareholders, trades, council, planners. You name it, I’ve seen it. I’m sure you can name a few scenarios too.
